Diane Martin is the founder and president of Métis Vision Organisation a non profit organization championing the cause, both psychologically economically, and sociologically of mixed race individuals across Africa and the globe. The organization is not limited in scope, as children and individuals in need, regardless of background, are a big part of the organizations mandate. 

Her driving force is the organization’s mission statement: “Helping Others With The Help Of Others.”

Before realizing her life long philanthropic ambition to give back, Diane continues to be actively involved in the airline industry, Vice President in her family’s company and a mother of two beautiful children, she epitomizes success from humble beginnings.

Pappy Caspary

Vice President

Pappy’s passion for mixed race individuals and children inspired him to be one of the founding members of Métis Vision Organization. He is also immediate past President of Fondation le Bon Berger in Holland, an international human rights organization. 

He studied local and international commerce at the University of Erasmus Rotterdam in the Netherlands. 

He leveraged his academic expertise to form an international logistics company serving Europe and surrounding countries.

Gary P. A. Martin

General Secretary

Gary is President and CEO of Martin and Company Inc. 

After spending over two decades in the automobile industry, an accomplished Financial Services Expert, he leveraged his experience and skill to form his own company, and with his wife by his side he forged a new path. 

Husband, father, avid soccer player and philanthropist Gary plays an integral role within his wife’s non profit organization. Being a voice championing the psychological, sociological and economical challenges of mixed race individuals across Africa and the world.

He did his bachalor’s degree in Accounting and has been working as a professional accountant for over 18 years,

As a Métis, Jadot’s passion is eclipsed by only his need to defend the cause of his fellow metis , children, men, and women all over the world. His goal is to develop their economic and social life, and not limiting his outreach to just Métis, but children and families that find themselves in need.
