Metis Vision Organization (MVO) cannot help you if you cannot be contacted or you do not respond to calls or emails in a reasonable amount of time. Please respond within 10 days.
Be advised MVO retains the sole right to determine immediacy of need and area of need based on several factors to include social, financial and psychological.
Cases will be dropped if you do not respond within 10 days.
I understand that MVO cannot provide continuing support, that all requests go through a board and may take some time to complete, and that multiple requests in a given time period may be rejected.
Metis Vision Organization reserves the sole right to accept or reject request for assistance based on rules governing the board of directors.
Our mission statement and mandates compels us to help any and all who require our assistance based on their social, financial and psychological needs and we will endeavor to satisfy those in need.
This agreement between you and Metis Vision Organization in no way guarantees assistance and we reserves the right to terminate any and all assistance at the discretion of the board of directors, or should any provided information prove to be inaccurate, this agreement is terminated without recourse.
Any minor child needs to be accompanied by a parent or verified guardian (and all supporting documents will need to be signed in the presence of a witness).
